From October, memberships are bought and renewed online, and your child checks in with a personal QR code. Five steps, three minutes. Your current membership keeps working until all its classes are used.
Open book.circuscastlebali.space/membership, pick how many classes a week your child trains, enter the child's name and your WhatsApp, pay by card. Valid 30 days from the day you pay.
Four boxes replace the paper form: the Kids Enrollment agreement, the studio rules, the risk notice and your consent as a parent. It is stored with your payment as an electronic signature.
Right after payment you receive a personal link (on screen and by email). It shows your child's QR code, classes left, the expiry date and the week's timetable. The QR is the same for the whole membership — save a screenshot. Lost the link? It's in your payment confirmation email, or message us and we'll resend it on WhatsApp.
On the same page tap the days for the week. Each booking uses one class; you can cancel before the day and the class returns. Aerial runs Monday to Friday; kids trampoline runs Tuesday to Thursday and Saturday. Sunday is a rest day.
Coming with a nanny or alone? Send the QR to your child once — it works for every visit. No phone? Reception finds the child by name and marks the visit; it uses one class the same way.
